okay: Spanish law has some flaws (remember this is not the UK).... at 15 a person can ride a moto up to 50 cc (they can also drive one of those 50cc plastic cars {which you can also drive if you've been banned by a court}...... without doing a test).

Once you have a car licence (from anywhere in the EU) You can drive a bike up to 125cc and carry passengers.

You must have held the car licence for 3 years.

Anybody know of an insurance company who doesn't lump middle aged men with full clean licences with the 15 year old Darwin Award failures.
