Monday
*groan*

Tuesday
*groan*

Wednesday
*groan*

Thursday
*major groan*

In anticipation of Friday's *massive groan* ......NOT!

What a crappy week....and it's not even over yet!

Does anyone out there have any tips for relaxation? I feel like I'm a tight spring just about ready to explode and take off into the bright blue skies. I don't want anything relating to booze......been there, done that and have the t-shirt etc! Please don't mention Yoga either. Yoga was something I did in my very early years and if anyone mentions it to me again, I may even scream. I need something simple, that you don't have to study for 2 years.......something to just make me relax....HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!

Relaxing bath in something nice smelling, candles, soft lighting and gentle ambient moods type music. Let your mind drift in a dozing way and you will feel the benefit quite quickly.

Why not light a few candles, run a nice warm bubbly bath and go and have a nice de-stressing soak :D

I think the combination of that song, a deserted beach and a tent for the weekend would work wonders!

Thanks Matt ;)

Now, all that remains is to find that deserted beach without any noisey tourists....I'm probably asking for the impossible to happen....I always do :p

It always works for me. Can you not leave your mobile with hubby while you have a soak?

You have probably hit on the best de-stresser there by saying about switching off the mobiles.

Thanks Rosemary!

I think the problem is my mind and where it drifts.....I need to find that switch and position it on "off"
