Actually do you have any idea what
Filets Gruesos de Aguja (Anojo 1B) is ?
I get the Filetes gruesos bit
But WTF is Aguja ???
Apart from; It's some yummy thick meaty stuff thats great for the BBQ
Are you sure about the, ternera = veal I thought that was beef in general

carne de res is supposed to be beef.
Ternera is deffo veal. Don't forget, they don't seem to mess with veal to produce something tasteless. Spanish Veal is damn delicious.

Tocino for me means the very fatty bacon that is eaten raw. A lot of Spanish bars servie it as a tapa/pincho. My parents used to bring it back from Spain when I was a child (my parents are Spanish but we lived in UK) and it was disgusting. My dad loved it but my mum hated it.
If you mean bacon in English it is panceta or beicon.
