Good Day, had 3 calls within 1 hour at lunch from so-called Microsoft or Windows engineers to tell me my PC had a virus, I told them that I did not have a PC, then click gone!!!!!

Just ask them to hang on whilst you get your father, then put the phone to one side and carry on with your day.

Their phone calls cost virtually nothing but their time is precious.

I love the Spam callers as in the UK I am on giffgaff and anyone who phones me I get the time in minutes added to my credit. So I play dumb and let them whitter on not listening to a word they say but topping my phone up for free.

"I am sorry, you have come through to General Enquiries, please wait a moment whilst I transfer you to our IT Security Department"

"lo siento no hablo español"
