I met Michelle last summer at the Bank. She told me that she no longer had a job at Moron Pendas due to there not being enough work but still had contact with the office. We would like to get in contact with her. Do Moron Pendas still have an office in Ayamonte? They have POA and papers of ours. Anyone had dealings recently and know if they are still around?

Not absolutely sure about this but until recently PMP used to spend time each morning in the office of the manager of Solbank and they would go out together for breakfast at about 09.00 so if you take coffee a couple of mornings at the Passage Cafe you may just see them pass bye.

I heard that Michelle has started a new business offering all sorts of translation services and help with anything requiring English/Spanish help.

I heard she has an office in Laguna as well. Sorry I don't have more info than that, or if it is rumours, or whether she can help you with her old boss. Maybe someone has her contact details.. Or has used her. I would, she is a nice person and with legal knowledge could help with all sorts of things.

Good luck.... The POA should have been registered at the notary, so you may be able to get a copy legally authorised from them??

Thanks for replies. Do we need someone to have POA? we have nothing much here. The flat and a bank account which we top up to meet bills monthly. Declaring assets to the Spanish revenue [the new law] is something we want to sort out and our will which is with Pendas is way out of date.

I heard from Michelle today. This was done very quickly through the Private Message system on this forum I am very grateful and thanks to all who replied .

Just thought I would mention this as it was 'straight from the horses mouth' so to speak. Steve (Tentadero, Costa Esuri) has said that he is returning to the Costa del Sol and that Michelle will take his place. Not sure from when but he will be returning now and again to see how things are going. Regards Bryony

Just to put things straight - Steve is the owner and Michelle will be his PA - overseeing the business and its day to day operation will be carried out by Abi.

Michelle has been involved with the Tentadero and its staff since day one and is fully aware of the Goals of the business in serving members, residents and visitors to Costa Esuri

This is NOT a change in management style and certainly Not a change in Ownership - he (steve) will be in the Tentadero every month and is always contactable by phone or e-mail by any guest of the Tentadero.
