The West has an almost free hand to sort out ISIS but it doesn't have any leaders with the balls to do it properly, they only have sanctions. Putin and Kim Jong-Un appear to be the only leaders of their countries that do what they say regardless of the West and world opinion. Armies, soldiers and military hardware are for killing, if you don´t have the stomach for that then you don´t need an army, better to spend the money on the health service.

True. Unfortunately, we have this burden that ISIS doesnt. It's called "democracy", and no doubt you'd be the first in line to protest any effective action against them, after whinging that they haven't the balls.

With the spoiled rotten, self-serving, hypocritical mindset of the public these days, I'd sure hate to be a politician.

Wrong, this time at least. To keep democracy, (which really exists in only a handfull of countries) a big stick is necessary sometimes. At the moment we are rushing into a long term defeat.

The program is shown frequently on one of the UK sat channels " Aircrash investigation."
Unfortunately the facts are that Ghedaffi should have been in that particular airspace at the time. All of the sections of the US carrier for that particular period were signed off by the same guy. The US says that none of its planes were active, (there were French planes active however) while the only existing (All but a pair were wiped on instructions from on high) radar recordings tell a different story re the US planes. There was a time when 3 Italian generals were indicted for High treason, This was quashed later, obviously. The first search for the wreckage was carried out by the French, They found nothing officially but it is believed they found the part of the casing of the SideWinder with the serial number. The rogué missile refers to the shooting down of a Libyan mig, but no-one knows who did this and it was not on the same day.... reports in Italy were altered and the state of decomposition of the libyan pilot was far too advanced to have happened on that same day. What happened to the Libyan jet black box, spirited away in the night? As I said earlier this is still an ongoing investigation, If it was as the British investigator ??? says who fired the rogué missile, why are they not talking of this in Italy even yesterday when the Itavia plane was mentioned in the national news?
