I know.....what a shocker.....a host country actually being picky about who might be permitted to live there lol
The EU is being stubborn in order to stifle the spread of dissatisfaction with their little club and to dissuade other members from resigning. Let the EU start the ball rolling by stating that UK citizens are welcome to remain as residents in the EU and let's see if that stance is reciprocated.
I don't blame anyone in the UK government from taking the firm stance given the intransigence of the EU steamroller.
