MAY DAY BANK HOLIDAY ALL IS CLOSED WHAT ARE YOU DOING TODAY.
Raining here very boring, Just returned from dog walking and filled up with diesel, However everything else is closed.Mrs P is baking with her ipod plugged in so not even a grunt from her, Its like Christmas day without the presents. So what are you up too today ?

Read¡ng up on the news, there was a failed attack on the Dutch royal family yesterday, 6 dead including the guy who tried.

Finishing off the Spring cleaning before the really hot weather hits 
....oh, and playing on the pc - well a girl has to have a rest when she's working 
Village VERY quiet, apart from a few children who have been noisily climbing the tree outside our house, luckily they have now moved on to annoy someone else

In answer to the OP, it's warm and sunny here and the beach is never closed.
As for the dutch tragedy, one thjing has me puzzled, several reports claim the man admitted doing it deliberately but said that he was in a coma. Presumably then he was still conscious when they first got to him?
In a grisly coincidence, the man who drove at high speed along a pedestrian street in the centre of malaga last august is back in the news today, and will face five charges of attempted murder.

Last night I took my sister back to Granada airport after her visit so tried to sleep in this morning - some hope. This is Labour Day (or May Day), workers supposed to lie in and relax - some hope. 7am loud fireworks (well, bangers on rockets), 7:15 the local band - out-of-tune cornets and too many drums for comfort followed by a choir who sang 'I did it my way' in Spanish, over and over again. So I got up and did the washing!

Spent the day with Spanish friends who live up a mountain overlooking Guadalest, Spanish food and wine, checked out their 14 horses, mule, donkey, goats, hens etc LOL and had the car serviced as well by the husband. Mind you it was a bit chilly up there!
