Proper markets you need a licence, and they are usually short of pitches especially on the one in Arroya at Tivoli world car park.
Palermo park on wed, Fuengirola feria ground on Sat they book monthly for a good pitch but you can still get on, Torremolinos on Sunday you should be able to get on, you don`t need a licence to get on these three but what you sell is limited.

There was a market/ Boot fair close to me until last year, when the local police and Guardia turned up one sunday morning and insisted on seeing all of the stallholders' paperwork such as social security cards etc.
Don't forget that if you do any sort of work here, you officially have to pay into the social security system, with minimum monthly payments of around €240 whether you earn anything or not.!
Regards
Tim

The police only chase the gypsies flogging shopping cart loads of fruit on the carboots cos you are not allowed to sell food.
They make a fuss if there is too much new stuff on the stall sometimes.

They would have a whale of a time at the car boots near here then, plenty of stalls selling food, ie pies etc, and fruit. Also there are a number of stalls selling ONLY new products.
