Has anyone lived there or knows anyone currently living there?

Thinking of moving (/investing) down the coast a little and the prices seem a lot on the low side so I'm wondering why. I know Duquesa Port has a bit of a bad reputation and Sotogrande just seems soulless to me so wondering just how bad it can be there given you could buy a 4 bed townhouse for 150K?
