Hi All,
Looking for advice on long term rentals in Mallorca, we are
considering buying a business on the island and have been investigating
the rental market but without much success,
my question is , is there reasonable rental accommodation
on the Island (600 - 800 euro pcm) or is it all eye watering prices
I'm sure the locals are not paying that !

First, if you're hell bent on living in Calvia, Andratx, or any other British expat area / near the sea, you can expect "eye watering" prices.

There are lots of places in your price range. Try idealista and fotocasa, for starters. Both have really easy to use smartphone apps too.
