Malaga airport renfe train
it appears that they are closing the Renfe line from Malaga to the Airport for a week to start constructing the second runway.
Has anybody any more information.
I was hoping to use the train from Fuengirola to the airport on 21 May and return on June 1

That should open the RENFE notice about the closure and the alternative bus to Malaga City.
The railway from the airport to Fuengirola looks like running during the period when work is being carried out.
Click on the Informacion de Servicio for a pretty picture of the alternative buses to take passengers directly to Malaga City.

Thanks for this -I use the train to get to and from work every day and hadn't noticed any information about the changes.....
