Majorca builders
Are there any builders located in or near the cala dor /cala egos areas of majorca as i need some work doing many thanks.

Go in the boozer where the locals congregate and you will no doubt find enough builders to knock you up fifty or more apartment blocks if you so desire.
Also most likely a good selection of everything from Cardiac Surgeons to Rocket Scientists.
Mind you what the quality of their work may be, could be an entirely different matter.....,so to be on the safe side it may be as well to check out the quality of some of their previous jobs first.

Definatley and also ask for their NIE card and note the number before work commences and clarify if prices include IVA and whether you will get an official reciept with their NIE number on it.

You could look in the Mallorca Yellow Pages or the phone book you get deliverd to your door. If you only want English builder then try the free papers which they advertise or the english Mallorca yellow pages .
