Hi

I was hoping to use a property location company to speed up locating a rental in Madrid. However, they are well out of my league.

I have, of course, been looking over the internet so have several estate/letting agents listed that offer the level of rental (cheap as chips) I'm after.

Are there any letting agents that forum members can recommend or ones that have given members a bad experience and should be avoided?

Also if anyone can give a rough guide on the time needed between shaking hands on the deal and moving in, it would be much appreciated.
