Looking For Long-Term Rental Nr Benidorm
Hi,
We (the wife and myself) are moving to Benidorm from England on January 15th and will be staying with a friend in La Nucia while we look for somewhere to live on as long a contract as possible.
The ideal place for us would be a villa rather than an apartment somewhere close to La Nucia but anywhere within 10k of Benidorm would be considered such as Finestrat, Altea or Albir for instance.
I work via the internet so an internet connection would be vital, we would like 2/3 bedrooms, fully furnished with a nice view and a pool would be great.
We have no pets and are well trained as far as outside smoking is concerned, we are very respectful of other peoples property and can provide references if required ... any help, advice or offers are very much welcomed.

I work in La Nucia and I am sure when you arrive your friend will point you in the right direction but in the meantime try Villas Albir or OPI in Alfaz del Pi or right next door to my office is Fred of La Nucia.

Can I just ask, do those people also do lets for a month or so at a time in and around Benidorm, we usually go to the Michel angelo for a month, but we would like a place with uk tv this year, or do you know were we could look for a private rental, the period we rent is very flexible as we are only 3 hours drive away and both retired, there are a lot of properties on idealista.com but not with uk tv.
