I am looking for a long term rental property in Javea. Minimum 3 beds / 2 baths. Ground floor to accommodate 2 cats. Willing to pay 700-800 per month, for apartment or house. I've been looking at the usual channels for several weeks, with no joy. Everyone wants holiday lets this time of year. If anyone knows of a place to rent long term please advise.

I rented a place on La Sella which isn't far. I found it by Googling estate agents websites from home. I liked it so much, I ended up buying it though the agents were tossers, so I bought from someone else.
