Long Term Rental in Hondón Nieves Area
Hondon De Los Nieves: Anyone know anyone who might be renting a house, villa or decent sized apartment in the Hondon Nieves area (near Elche, Alicante region, Costa Blanca) ?
Wanted 3 bed, with all mod-cons. Needed for at least 6 months ! What's the average going rates (I know it depends) ?

Approx. €500 - 600 per month. I do know of a spanish owned 3 bed property that I think is still for rent somewhere between Nieves & Aspe. I shall pm the tel. no if you require it.

Agreed. from my research before I arrived 500-600, if you want a bit of opulence 800-1000+
