Long Term Let.
We have a 3 bedroom attico on Isla Canela. Any idea on long term letting rates? I have had an enquiry and have no idea of the going rate. Any links/ ideas greatfully received.

Long term rents can vary a lot from €450 to €1000 per month. Are you using an agent/management company? Ask for their professional opinion and make sure you get a proper & legal contract between you and the renter.

I would also recommend putting all utility bills in their name.
