Well, if you notice, whenever matt is polite to me I am polite to him. If he is rude to me, I return the compliment. That makes him angry.

I will say this. If he stops the silly remarks, and debates sensibly, then I will never agan be rude to him.

He is intelligent, and capable of carrying out an interesting discussion. Hell, he even gets karma from me when I think he's posted something really good.

I just think it's a shame that so many threads have to slide into this silliness because he seems to have taken such a dislike to me.

I´ve been watching this thread with interest, not least because two of my favourite posters (both of whom are knowledgeable in their different ways) are at one anothers throats over something we really cannot possibly know the answer to. Stop it the both of you. All this rhetoric is not going to convince either of you to change your minds. Agree to disagree, please, I´m sure we will never know the truth, whatever it is.

Fraid it will never work out that way, bil thinks he is always right and if you don`t agree then he tries to belittle you with stupid childish comments.
