I think from what has been said it is some type of vulture, they did say but have forgotten which type, hope it is caught soon, the local ranger has tried , he thinks it may be injured or something that is why it is so close to habitation. I wonder if the bird in the vid clip is one and the same, although our one looked older in the photo.
