Thanks Rosemary. I do have a staggered roof and its staggered right above this wall. It was indeed a bit dodgy and I have very recently just had the lower rear half removed and re-laid so perhaps it will have solved the problem for this year? Would be great if this was the problem all along. My funds are limited so hope so : thumbup: will see how it goes after this summer.

Hola timmyf. Estamos allà en cuatro semanas para unas vacaciones de dos semanas y no puedo esperar. Esos árboles son hermosos. Espero que tengan unas hermosas vacaciones.
We are there in four weeks for a two week holiday and i cannot wait. Those trees are beautiful. Hope you have a lovely holiday. Yes languages are so difficult but ok if you have google translation lol Adios :cool: |
