How do I post the link properly please ?

At the top of the box/field you post in, there is a button with a globe on it, and a chain link that looks like a figure of 8 lying on its side. Click that button then paste in the link (you might have to remove a duplicate leading "http:\\"). Then close the pop-up and what you type next becomes what people see, and in "edit mode" is the bit between the [ürl] and the [/ürl] (the umlauts are to stop the web site trying to create a real link).

For example [ürl=http:\\www,cnn,com]BBC News[/ürl] (without the umlauts and .'s instead of ,'s) will create a link to cnn,com (I used commas in this illustration to stop BE creating real links to the cnn home homepage) but will appear on the page as "BBC News".

I don't know about the mobile site, I never use it, but the code should be identical.

BTW you can use the full site on a mobile or tablet device.
