My 2018 GSXR1000 is very expensive to insure.I currently pay about €500 with Liberty, TPF&T.

But I've just got a decent quite from Liberty Direct. But when I Googled their reviews, they seem a right set of crooks.

Has anybody got first hand experience of them ?

Or any other recommendations for bike insurers ?

I have my house and car insurance with them and have had excellent service. They are far cheaper than anyone else. Our car broke down on a Sunday dinner time, stupidly I had left my phone at home charging, I did however have my iPad with me. I went to a local bar, signed in to their internet and sent a message to my agent. She organized everything for me, grua etc. and messaged me every few minutes to make sure I was ok. I then had a mould problem during lockdown and everything was dealt with by video call. I was able to show them a live video, they asked me to send a quote from a legal builder which they paid within days. The only thing was they wouldn’t pay the VAT until the work was complete and I sent them the receipt, all done and finished within 2 weeks. A company is only as good as the agent you deal with. I have recommended at least 20 friends and neighbours and they have gone on to recommend others

Linea Direct would only quote me for TP on my 2018 F800GT, no options to increase cover.

We have house and car insurance with Liberty Seguros and they were happy to quote full comp insurance. OK it's pricey and given I also have a J300 scooter on full comp it "seems" to be about a Euro 1 per cc of cover.
