Under those circumstances as the writing is on the wall, I would have been looking for another job a long time ago, while the name of the place you were working still had some kudos, if it's failing like you say, then staff from there might well be seen as 'poor quality' as the blame is likely to be focussed on the workforce.

Your points are valid but I've only been there 14 months and things weren't too good back when I started. The boss saw me as a way of sacking a few members of staff as he saw what I could do which has saved his monthly outgoingsand I'm set to be jefe de taller in 3 years but I'll be gone long before then.
