RENFE is offering lots of cheap train tickets to help compete with the other low-cost train operators

Apps are available to show all train operator services and prices - I use the Trainline app, which I find brilliant and easy to use, and you can see all of your options in one place - you can also register your RENFE tarjeta dorada (discount card) in the trainline app so that you get the best prices.
