Please does anyone know of a UK Solicitor but based say in Moraira Calpe or that direction and who has rights of access to the Spanish system and understands say Landlord and Tenant issues here in Spain

A UK Solicitor won't be able to act in Spain surely? Now, a British solicitor might be able to and I seem to recall that there was one just like that - have to do some digging.

I would recommend Pellicer and Heredia, they have several offices including Moraira. Spanish but speak good English.

Sorry snikpoh yes they can exactly on the same basis let us say a Member of the French bar can equally be a member of the English Bar. However the other direction finds resistance from France.
