We have been teaching for around 15 years. My wife is the World Champion at Full Contact Kickboxing for women and I am a British Champion.
We offer classes that have been designed for children with the assistance of child psychologists to help with respect, discipline and good manners not just kicking and punching.
We do classes for kids from the age of 4 years.
Our adult classes are more for fitness and self defence. I have been trying to find information on estate agents for an empty building but all I seem to be able to find is bars and I don't want to open a bar.
My question is basically can anyone point me in the right direction for estate agents on commercial property that aint a bar and also. does anyone know of any other types of services around the Marbella area that would be similar to what we want to offer.
By that I mean REAL KICKBOXING training by CHAMPIONS not a lycra clad boxercise dancy class. (Nothing wrong with that, but we don't offer that)
I would appreciate any info
Thanks

I just started to attend Body Combat classes at Platinum Gym in the Christamar Centre in Puerto Banus, these are a combination of both arts but set to music. The instructor also teaches at O2 in La Canada.
Also at Platinum is a Thai boxing instructor who takes individuals and an instructor in the Brazilian martial art but I have forgotten the name. Hope this is of somehelp, if u need anymoreinfo contact me by clicking my user name.

Hi
We are based in Benalmadena right now, possibly a bit of a hike but if you want further details pm me. I don't think I am allowed to say too much about business on an open forum.
We do plan on opening up a school down in or around Marbella but it is a timing thing so we will keep you posted if you contact me by pm
Thanks

I would suggest you try at Puente Romano & set up a Karate school which previously was very successful, th elast teacher has just been kicked out as alot of the time he failed to turn up. I no minimum 10 kids who would go to Karate here. James

Oh I see,
sounds good but as I said I am very busy with classes 6 days a week and I even have people coming over from the Uk to train with me. If I could clone myself it would be great. LOL

Hi and thank you
It is going very well but boy it has not been easy, we have had major problems with venues but now hopefully we are well settled. To be honest you have to be extremely careful with people here and how you do things. Itdoes seem that there are MANY MANY people over here that you have to be very wary of doing any business with. But you live and learn.
And now the sun seems to have returned so everything is great.
