Hi,
Best thing you'll ever do!
You can buy them from http://www.decathlon.es/ or there's a fantastic shop in Murcia about 10 min from Ikea which sells RTM models. I bought the Mambo which is very stable for the sea and newbies! I'll dig up their number if your interested.

I don't know too much about them but I fancy an 'ocean kayak' or a the RTM.
I have looked at the long blue one outside the decathlon and I might get that one but I will see first if I can pick up a bargain on Ebay or something.
When is the sea/lake water warm enough to use it? I didn't see that many people up at the El Chorro lakes last year using Kayaks, I thought there would be lots of people paddling. Where do you use yours?

May-Oct is a good time for going on the Med, avoid August as there's lots of Jelly fish. Make sure you have factor 50 and protective T Shirts from the Sun!
Good Luck!
