Jewellry
Can anybody recommend a honest jewellers where I might buy some decent earings without being ripped off/ overcharged.
Either in Spain or online.
I was in Gib today and at Essardas in Main St, I was given the so called local price and the Duty Free price. The Duty Free price was 35% less than the local price. However the Duty on jewelry in Gibraltar is 12%,. Therefore I have no faith in this shop.

Re: Jewellry
We have used Essardas for most of my jewellry over the years - our experience of Essardas is that we have always got a reasonable deal (a price we are happy with) which has involved lots of haggling (hubby really enjoys haggling) - service has always been good - on many occasions they have cleaned stuff FOC for me and repaired items i have broken either FOC or cheaper than i could get it done in the UK - i broke a bracelet (which i bought from them) and they could not repair it - they replaced it for a brand new one - i had had the bracelet for at least a year.

I don't mind a bit of haggling, but I cannot stand downright lies.
For all I know the items we were lookig at could have been coloured glass
