If I recall they treat it as a 'normal' working day i.e. start about 9 although it may be later at this time of year to allow the sun to warm things up a bit and finish about 4 as it starts to cool down. There is a 1 hour lunch break.
As well to bear in mind if uninitated in these things action will be sporadic with periods of only one car wandering round, although with the change of tyre manufacturer they will be keen to gather as much data as possible.
