For all of you ladies on the forum JDR wanted a knitting thread which he thinks (fool) will keep all of us off the serious threads.

On a serious note for women:
I recommend "The Sewing Circles of Herat" about women writers in Afghanistan forced to meet as a "sewing circle" in order to fool the Taliban.

Of course, men can read it too.
