What rate should the estate agent be charging me on the sale fees for my property please?

Is it 16%?

They are still showing a 35% Capital Gains Rate which I know is 18%!

yeah, standard IVA rate is 16%.

When the agent prepares his invoice it should have 16% IVA.

thats if they give you an invoice - if they are charging you IVA then you should insist on one
