Those blasted, pesky, bloomin, rotten MOZZIES are out with a vengance!!! My legs look like they have bloomin chicken pox, (but much worse) all over them!!! I am going to have to stop being so cocky and thinking they are going to get the fresh (holiday maker) blood, and start putting my Halley on :curse:

I know how you feel Sam, they usually make a beeline for me I've got my mossie plug ready to plug in when I go to bed

have you tried those stick on patches you can get in Mercadona ?

But the mozzies don't stay still long enough to put them on!

I am just in the habit of using the Halley as body lotion 3 times a day. Do you know the timescale from being bitten to noticing? ie. itching!!!

we find that that using a moisturiser called Almandreas from Mercadona does seem to put them off, it's thier own brand, cheap and cheerful, but certainly works for my wife, even those mozzies that actually decide to have a bite do not stay round long, and the bites are very small and are usually gone the next morning. Last year she got very bad bites, lasting days, this year it seems to ahve doen the trick.

I itch immediately after being bitten for about half an hour. It then stops and then comes back about 18 hours later and drives me mad for days :curse:

I have been bitten!!!!! On my leg and on my foot :curse: Must have happened during the night - and I had my mossie plug in!!

I got another two bites last night, one on my arm and one on my leg :curse:

Do you have screens at the windows?

No, we don't, but ours is a new build and none fitted.

Yes we have the mozzie screens and dont have any mozzies in the house. Its when Im outside when I get bit :curse:
