Cant remember what series it was, maybe series 2, ie 2004!
We are friends of Craig Conway who is now married to Jill Halfpenny and went to BBC TV Centre to see Strictly Come Dancing.
We had a great night.. the dance floor is absolutely tiny though, I was sat next to Angela Rippon and the Lesley Garrett... OH called her 'the bird that sings opera crap'
Jill was fantastic in that series and trained her heart out! Obviously I am biased! Went to the bar after which was honestly like the cafe at BHS! But met Julian Clary very odd! And Ian Beal, AKA Adam Woodyatt, who was absolutely lovely... but was very Ian Beale, as in speaks exactly the same.
But it was a good night out Brucie was very funny and they even dug Tony Bennett up... for one night only!
