ISA question
Hi folksÂ
2 straight forward queries-
If I cash in a Uk ISA after I become tax resident in Spain am I taxed on the entire cash in value or on the profit made.?Â
And finally if the ISA owner has no income- can tney offset tax owed agsinst a personal allowance?
