Default international school recommendations

Hi all,

Newbie here me and my husband are just starting to look into the possibility of moving out to CDS however we are really struggling with the schools we have a 4 & 7 year old (well will be be in July both they share their birthday !) all the school we have reviewed so far and liked have really high fees and just wouldn't be possible for us to pay x2!! Can anyone recommend good schools with low fees or no fees we are ideally looking at international schools that follow the British curriculum. We are open to most areas as it's the school we want to get right first.

Thank all xxxx

Why an international school?, both are young enough to do well in the Spanish schools, and will benefit from the language immersion

International schools on the Costa Del Sol are actually very cheap considering that they are private schools so get zero government funding

Probably somewhere around 5,000 to 7,000 euros per year per child

If you can't afford that then you need to look at a Spanish state or concertado school which will follow the Spanish curriculum, usually in Spanish, but sometimes they are bilingual schools of varying quality

Since your children will be growing up in Spain, I strongly recommend that they get a Spanish education, otherwise at 18 it is likely that they will have to leave their family and friends and move to an English speaking country
