I have an parcel coming via Interlink and then DPD Group.
According to Interlink the parcel has left UK and is now in Spain, but according to the consignment number with DPD it shows that it is still at Birmingham Airport.
When it eventually arrives in Spain, does anyone know who ships on behalf of DPD? As I am hoping it is NOT SEUR......they are absolutely atrocious.
SEUR never deliver to our house in the village, but drop off at our local garage which is about 4k away, even stuff that has to be signed for by me.

We bought something from John Lewis in the UK and they arranged to ship it to Spain via DPD. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but when it turned up at our house, it was delivered in a Seur van.

I am dreading anything delivered by Seur. Had something about 2 weeks ago which came via Seur. Never came to the house. Went to our local garage. Seur are as bad as Yodel in the UK...they are worse than Movistar and Endesa and that is saying something. How they get away with delivering goods when they have to signed for, I have no idea.
Give us the post office or MRW any day.... these 2 are fabulous.

It just depends on the local SEUR office as they are all franchises.
We get superb service from them. Admittedly we usually meet them at the bottom of our road, but we get an email the day before advising of the delivery and the option to select an alternative date. On the day of delivery we get an email with the expected delivery time to within one hour.
Amazon are using them increasingly alongside MRW who are also good - no emails though.

In my personal opinion - Seur are rubbish. We get nothing from them. As I said before, they are to us, the worst company to deal with. As bad as Yodel in the UK.

For you, in your location, they are rubbish, but not necessarily elsewhere.
Sadly, there is little you can do about it apart from complaining to the vendor. You can't complain to SEUR as you are not using them.

I agree. Just have to suffer in silence.

We have had nothing but bad experiences with Yodel in the UK. The concept of delivery escapes them, they just abandon packages on the doorstep and do a runner without signature. Never had any experience of Seur until today, they found the house without ringing for directions, stopped outside, delivered the parcel, me me sign and went their merry way. Sorry to hear these horror stories. Hope your parcel arrives unscathed.
