I was pleased to hear Fred the Shred has been stripped of his knighthood. I would that those dodgy Lords could be similarly stripped of their honour.

not sure about that one, he got the K for his services to banking, so is the review committee now saying that the award should never have been given?

like many things the decisions are made by peers and classmates, so how many others should never have got a gong?

Baroness Uddin was plain ordinary Mrs until Bliar enobled her, allowing her to take the country for a couple of hundred thou in "expenses" that has now been stated she cannot afford to pay back, so wants to get back into the Lords to allow her to pay if off by future attendence fees
in the meantime, she lives in a large house owned by a housing association at a marginal rent


and people are worried about a couple of insults to a princess who has now been proved to have signed many more documents than was earlier indicated supporting her dodgy husband.
