Default Insect Repellent

Hi, I know there was a previous thread on this subject and, as I didn't want to start another, I searched for it only to find that it was closed 🙁

Anyway, I have found a product (they sell it in Waitrose) called Incognito which is clinically proven to protect against Malaria & Zika - carrying Mosquitoes. It can be used by all the family including babies from 3 months old and the best part is, it's 100% natural. Regards Bryony

I have no connection with this company.

The question is: does it work?

It says in the OP that's its 'clinically proven' against some of the nastiest mozzies, so yes. But I haven't used it.

Here in Spain most people I know use Halley and like it.

If you want to really sure get one with DEET in it. If you prefer a natural product, for all the family, then I'd give it a go IMO and make a trip to Waitrose

Recommendations of its effectiveness even come from the toughest of the tough, with sources such as the Royal Marine Commandos and the SAS giving Skin So Soft an unprecedented reputation.

I find it amusing that our toughest warriors, with their plethora of killing weapons and techniques, will reach for Avon in their pocket, next to the grenades !!

Avon's spray finds calling as midge repellent for Royal Marines - The Scotsman

Avon have one with Citronella as well, but I use the original, along with my warrior mates!!

Jon

PS perhaps they aren't as 'tough skinned' as we are lead to believe.

Mike & Jon, I remember reading a comment (quite a few years ago) on a thread specifically about the Avon SSS that as well as helping repel mosquitos it unfortunately made you smell like a $10 whore 😉
No offence intended as I'm sure you both smell wonderful 😊. Regards Bryony
