Info needed re law
Hi there if anyone can give me advice I would be grateful.
My brother lives in spain and is awaiting to go court for a driving offence his licence is currently suspended, if he gets banned does this count as part of his ban.???

You really need legal advice on this, so the best thing would be to ask a solicitor as Spanish law is a minefield.
