Default Info about this plot near Oliva

Hello,

The plot is cheap (for 50.000€ I couldn't find anything closest to the beach) but I don't know about the area, do you know someone living there that could help me. The advertiser told me that there are british people living there.

Terreno en venta en urbanització tossal gross, 28, La Font d'En Carrós

How much does it costs to build something there?

Forum member Mitzyboy used to live very close to that plot, so may be able to help you if he sees this.

(I think one of the neighbours to the plot are English)

But the hill is populated with a mixture of English, Spanish, German, and French and others... some of the houses are rentals, some holiday homes, some permanent.

And just a short drive downhill to oliva and the font.

Looking at the pictures, if it's been left undeveloped then there is likely to be a reason, it looks very rocky, perhaps needs a lot of retaining of stuff behoind.
