Who says it cannot be done?
Seen today in Monforte de Lemos. A RHD Bristol Lodekka.

Hi
Six years ago I rematriculated my Luton Transit - the ITV guys thought it was a horse box therefore not a commercial vehicle! But could not do it these days

There is a secret to how the officials consented to matriculate this bus...Wonder how long before someone here picks up on this?
