Wether the guy wins his case, (highly unlikely),or not, we are still the losers, having to fork out more taxes to the border agency to defend their decision in the high court.

So what? Let him, let him sue for 22 million, hell why stop there, go for broke and aim at 60 million. He can sue for all he cares, winning is a different matter and he won't win.

and he will have to have benefits of all kinds so he can live, and if he wins he will have to pay it back at 5p a week.
Now can I sue Ryanair for £40million after one of their employees took away my boarding card because I had an overweight cabin bag?
The stress and worry this caused me, especially as I suffer from hyper-tension, must be worth at least that.
