Here's another tip that may help in finding teaching English work in Spain. If you search for "TEFL Spain" on Twitter you should find recent vacancies - seems to be an aggregator called tefldotcom putting the vacancies up
For example I list below a few of the vacancies (there were more) brought back after I entered the search this morning
