Hi there,
I'm a British citizen who has been living in Spain since 2009. In 10 days I will be marrying a Spanish man. I have a British passport which I never want to relinquish nor so I want to take the Spanish citizenship. However what with brexit... I don't know what it means for me. Can I keep my British nationality and still be a resident in Spain? Also, after marrying do you know if I need to register the marriage in the UK and change my passport so it says I am a Mrs?
Any help will be greatly appreciated

as far i can tell you
if you go marreid in spain , it is in the register in spain , so take residence very easy.
if you marreid in spain, doesnt matter what happen to the Eu , you can stay in spain in any case
for register in england the marriage ,cant tell you , for my part i never registerd the marriage in my home country ..only in spain.my homecountry never wanted that i register , veven the emabassy issued all relevant documents to married in foreign country. I can register in home country ,but i must not do
it makes it for me more easy and convinient, and in case of devorce cheaper

Why worry about Brexit?
There are many non EU citizens married to Spaniards without any issues
You are a UK citizen and you will always be entitled to a UK passport even if you did take Spanish citizenship
So stop worrying enjoy your wedding and be happy
