Well, they were only briefly in Morocco, before being ejected by that country into no-mans-land between Morocco and Algeria. Doesn't seem right.

If Spain wants to own minute African rocks in order to increase it's fishing grounds then it should accept the problems that come with them.

I should imagine the people in the "English enclave of Gibraltar" are laughing their socks off.
It is highly likely none of these people will have a passport or identity card and may well be from other parts of North Africa and the Middle East.
Perhaps the Spanish should swop notes with the authorities in Lampedusa.
wonder how many will eventually make their way to the UK ? ?
