IBI - company-owned house
Does anyone know whether IBI is payable on a house owned by a company in Spain? I've been googling and can find sites which tell me that all property owners have to pay IBI but friends are saying that this isn't so if the property is registered in the name of a company. And if that is true, would it have to be an overseas company or could it be a Spanish company? Thanks

Yes it still needs to pay IBI. We used to own a property registered in Gibraltar but paid IBI.
