Ours was almost spot on, I don`t really know if I should of said that !
We usually pay around the 74€`s bi monthly.
We had a bill for one estimated 27.36€ other 53.48€, total 80.84€ .

We tried for 2 years to get our meter read, crappy 3rd party involved, which we ditched
we were only paying a standing charge, and just knew one day it would be read and we would get the 'real' bill. So many people said, arr don't worry about it lekky is cheap here.
Ha, we finnally got the bill, yes it was HUGE....
Good job we were ready for it 
So be warned they do catch up eventually.
