IBERDROLA CONTRACT GONE AWOL
I have two contracts with Iberdrola and I have been happily using thier online system for quite a while. I signed on yesterday and one of my contracts has 'disappeared' checked again today and still only one of my contracts appears.
Has anybody else experienced this - and if so what did you do?
The service has not been cut off but it is still a bit worrying.........

Phone them, they have English speaking operators if required.
I have always found them most helpful when trying to sort out any problems.

OK thanks, I do have a local office and will probably go and see them, just checking to see if anyone has had a similar experience, ie have they wrecked their contracts database or something....

If they have changed your existing contract then that will show on 'page 1'. There is then a button ("lista contratos baja") which shows all the old contracts - could it be there?

OK thanks, very useful, never noticed that button, missing contract is 'baja' God knows why, visit their office tomorrow.
