I know who you are

I am enjoying watching "I know who you are" on BBC 4. It is a crime drama in Spanish with sub titles. I find this a convenient way to hear and improve, Spanish as spoken by Spaniards.

Absolutely agree both that watching tv is a good way to learn and that this is a cracking series.

Beware though about talking about this series to Spaniards - it's long since finished on spanish tv and you wouldn't want any spoilers now, would you?

I started watching it to help improve my listening skills, but I was totally hooked after the first half hour. It is indeed a cracking series. (I just wish the locals around here were as easy to understand!)

Unlike many other dramas, on this series the actors annunciate clearly which makes it very easy to follow. I find it amusing, when the sub titles do not always reflect exactly what the actors have said.

Perhaps you meant "enunciate".
Might as well get the English bit right to match the excellent Spanish.

Thats the trouble with us old bikers, can ask for a bacon sandwich or tell you where it hurts, but can't tell the difference between Pedenko and Pedantic, or maybe we can....

I was really looking forward to last's episode but couldn't get the BBC. I use Hot Spot Shield for a UK IP address and the BBC seem to be onto it. Thanks for the link to the Spanish version, will use that. Anybody else having problems getting the BBC at the moment?

The last episode of the series was a bit of a cliff hanger :-)

Yes, wasn't it just!!! There's not much on the tv that causes me cry "Nooooo !" or "What ?!?" out loud. I just LOVE this programme.
